About Honey
I am a skilled and enthusiastic Flute tutor with over 8 years of teaching experience, teaching School students, College students, and working professionals who want to learn flute for education, personal interest, or career development. My teaching style is patient, structured, and goal-oriented, with strong focus on correct breathing, posture alignment, finger technique, tone development, rhythm accuracy, and musical expression.
Along with flute lessons, I teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, scale practice, ear training, and performance preparation to help students become well-rounded musicians. I also guide students through exam preparation and public performances. My goal is to help students improve steadily, gain confidence, and enjoy a lifelong journey with music.

My flute teaching methodology emphasises clear communication, creative learning, and flexible lesson planning to help students progress confidently and enjoyably. I explain techniques in simple language and demonstrate exercises for proper understanding. I encourage open communication so students can ask questions and share their challenges. Creativity is a key part of lessons, including warm-ups, rhythm practice, tone development, improvisation, and expressive music exercises to make learning enjoyable.
Lessons are adapted according to each student’s learning pace, skill level, and goals. Flute lessons cover breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger coordination, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading. Alongside flute instruction, I teach related subjects such as music theory, note reading, rhythm training, ear training, and performance skills to develop confident and well-rounded musicians.
