About Brigitte
I have practiced Yoga for 9 years (Hata, Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa Yoga as well as Flow Vinyasa Yoga). 4 years ago I decided to become a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher with the teacher Simone in Costa Maya in Mahahual and at the same time I took another certification in Playa del Carmen to be a Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with the great teacher Michael Gannon in one of the most prestigious Yoga schools in the area.
Finishing my certification I started giving Yoga Classes in the Community of Mahahual and a year later I moved to the Island of Roatán in Honduras where I gave Yoga classes to beginners and the elderly in English and Spanish.

The classes that I teach are demonstrative, giving detailed instruction on the postures to prevent the practitioner from getting hurt and little by little we are adding new postures with a higher degree of complexity.
Fortunately, the people I have given a class to thank me very much for explaining all their doubts to them as well as the fact of loving this practice deeply.

she's a very committed with her students teacher, I took clases with her after a 20 years period of laziness and she brought back my strength and elasticity. it wasn't easy but she moved the crap out of me and put me back on track. totally grateful with her. besides she's a terrific person.Súper profesora!
