About Jordan
My name is Jordan, I am 19 years old and have transformed by physique from a chubby build to a well-built, lean physique.
The passion for bodybuilding is what drove me to share what I’ve learnt over the years and because I’m studying to be a psychologist in the future, the idea of combining the two is a no brainer! :)
“There is no physical health without mental health” is a quote that stuck with me and is something I have found fascinating and hope to elevate the knowledge of those out there on how to build and maintain one’s physique in conjunction with fortifying their mind.
