About Pepper
I am a registered UK architect, educator, and mentor. I am a member of the RIBA Validation Board - visiting universities with RIBA accredited architecture courses for over 17 years. I have held guest lecturing and teaching roles on architecture programmes at University of Liverpool, University College London (UCL), University of Bath and others.
I have taught and assessed both in design and at RIBA Part 3 - typically the final professional and compliance stage of learning prior to qualification.
I help aspiring architects from all over the world build standout portfolios for top universities, drawing on deep knowledge of what schools, examiners and their professional oversight bodies are looking for.

I offer three tiers of mentorship
Tier 1: Diagnostic & Strategy Session - A single session to review your application portfolio, provide feedback, and work with you to develop a strategy for standing out at interview.
Tier 2: Polishing Masterclass - (includes Tier 1) Across 5 Sessions we will work through your portfolio in more detail - with introduction to graphic and verbal presentation.
Tier 3: 10 Week Portfolio Mentoring Programme (includes Tier 1 and 2) - Across 10 Sessions, this programme is designed to give students the highest level of support in curating their application portfolio and preparing for interviews.

Details
All of my lessons are online to allow students from across the world access unparalleled support to enter architectural education in the UK.
Free 30 minute introduction; We can learn a bit more about each other, and I can explain the various lesson options. Some students will simply be looking for encouragement and assurance that their application portfolio is on the right track, whereas others will be developing a targetted portfolio to appeal to their preferred university.
All of my lessons are up to 2 hours. My experience is that it is very difficult to get sufficient depth into the subject area without allowing time for reflection, observation, discussion and goal-setting.
My minimum lesson package (Tier 1) is 2 hours for this reason, and I would recommend this option as a trial.
My more extensive packages (Tier 2 & 3) include Tier 1 and can be added on later at a discounted rate.
One off or bespoke lessons on a specific subject (eg. software tutorials or verbal presentation coaching) can be priced separately based on my standard hourly rate.
