About Leah
Starting in middle school, I've always been in advanced math, science, and Spanish classes. I was recommended by my professors to be a tutor during my second year of nursing school. Nursing is hard, so I love to help in any way I can. My job is to get you closer to graduation day, and to finding a job that you love, like I did! I also completed a Spanish minor in college with advanced classes incorporating language and culture. I have taken Spanish classes almost all my life, but it wasn't just classwork. I love getting to learn to communicate with others from other backgrounds than me! I hope to excite that passion in someone else as well.

These sessions are for you, so I expect you bring what you need help with (that is a homework assignment, a lecture you don't understand, etc.). Occasionally I will share helpful videos, Kahoots, Quizlets, or worksheets.
Sessions are mostly geared toward college nursing students or any age students wishing to practice their Spanish. I love helping people understand content, so I am passionate about this job!
