About Emily
I decided to study French myself because I believe that learning a language can help to build bridges between countries and expand our worldviews. I fell in love with French after going on frequent holidays to France when I was younger and this inspired me to learn the language as well as the culture. With my passion and knowledge, I would love to help students also broaden and improve their language skills!

I will ask students what they are struggling with in their French lessons at school and will go over techniques to help them improve their skills. This would typically take place over the course of a one-hour session. I have studied French at A-level and also completed both a French undergraduate degree and a Translation Studies degree at the University of Aberdeen. I can teach all ages, whether they are learning French at a primary school, secondary school, or at an advanced level.
