About Claire
I am a student of Jacksonville University completing my student teaching. While at JU I studied Secondary Education and History, spending time working in various social studies classroom within Duval County. I was a four year varsity rower and full time student. With this I tutored fellow student athletes in a variety of different history courses.

What works with some students might not work with another. Creating an individual success plan for each student is how you get the best results. Starting with a baseline assessment to evaluate what specifically is causing the difficulty in the class and then going from there. During the different tutoring sessions incorporating some interactive activities to make learning fun will also help with content retention.
