I base my approach on the Oxford tutorial system allowing the student to explain their thought process using a conversational style less formal than in their normal classroom. Having experience with a range of ages I know how to cater my approach to a variety of learning styles. I also have experience working with children with physical and mental disabilities and know appropriate and useful adjustments to make to teaching methods.
