About Iman
I have excelled at my courses and graduated with high accolades for my efforts helping students gain access to higher education. I was heavily involved with the Educational Opportunities Program where I helped underprivileged students navigate the college experience and served as a mentor during their first year. I have also worked as a teaching assistant for the math department, tutoring for classes like college algebra, pre-calculus and calculus 1. During the rest of my courses I regularly lead study groups to help my peers of all ages understand the material.

I take a holistic and thorough approach to teaching, making sure students understand the material at a fundamental level. Students have different learning styles so there is no one size fits all solution to helping students understand the content of their courses.
