About Oliver
I volunteered as a Year 7 English Teaching Assistant from Year 10 - Upper Sixth, and helped a number of reluctant students gain confidence in their reading and writing. While in Sixth Form, I was Head Boy, a role which involved addressing younger students' concerns in a helpful, approachable manner.

I am a high-performing English Literature graduate. Having graduated recently, I have still retained a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the secondary school/A Level education system and am a competent, confident teacher.
I can assist with writing (both essay and creative), and with analysis of literature and critics. I can also work with younger students highly effectively, helping them gain confidence in their reading and writing. I pride myself on my flexibility - I'm more than happy to help if you'd like to spend a session working on a job application letter or UCAS personal statement, for example.
