About Josh
I am a recent graduate of the University of Waterloo's Biomedical and Biophysics program. I have experience in tutoring students from Grade 2 to Grade 12. I currently work at one of the largest EHSQ software companies in the world. I understand how hard it is as a student to constantly keep up with workload and maintaining high grades, while trying to have an active social life. Trust me, I've been there!

I like to teach with a lot of practice, and real world examples. For example, if I were tutoring you on derivatives in math, I would first want to see how you tackle problems, and your thought process. Then I would see where you start to struggle, and guide you. We would then revisit the text to see why the problem is solved a certain way. Lastly, we go through problems until you are comfortable with doing them yourselves! Fun Fact: Derivatives form the basis of some of the most advanced functions in math, and many of them are used in medicine and finance to examine change!
