About Stephen
I have a doctorate in classics which includes both Latin and classical Greek languages. I also have well over twenty years of experience teaching the Latin language at the collegiate level. I have taught many years of classes which numbered between twenty and thirty students each.

I have many years of experience teaching Latin at all levels. I teach the introductory Latin using Wheelock textbook and workbook. For intermediate I use the Wheelock Reader and finish with Pharr's Aeneid. The classes typically begin with a vocabulary drill, then grammar drill and finally a sight reading of the exercise sentences in the textbook and workbook. This lesson plan covers four semesters of college classes.
