Amber is a wonderful teacher. She is kind and patient when she is working with my son. It is very evident that she cares about what she does and wants students to succeed.

Amber tutors my 14yo daughter. She is very interactive and manages to connect with a somewhat moody teenager. My daughter feels more comfortable seeking help outside the traditional classroom (away from peers). With Amber’s guidance she is becoming a more confident reader and we saw improvements almost immediately! She jumped 2 grade levels on her most recent MAP test results!

Amber has been working with my daughter who is in 8th grade for the past 10 months. She is working with her to help her become a proficient and skilled reader. Amber is extremely knowledgeable about the science of reading and has many resources and strategies to utilize to customize the reading intervention she provides for my daughter. Amber is not only patient, kind , flexible and very hard working, she ultimately wants what’s best for my daughter and spends countless hours outside of her sessions documenting progress and collecting data to plan appropriate and effective instruction to insure my daughter’s success and growth. Ms. Jones is super patient and has a manner of delivery that I have found to be very reassuring but also challenging when required. I'm not the most confident reader and, I struggle. She takes this into account and pushes just enough without being overbearing.
