I personally know how it feels to constantly be thinking about how I look in other people's eyes. It's exhausting and confidence is at an all-time low during these times.

I'll guide you from point A-Z by recommending appropriate diets that you should follow for your body type to exercises that promise results.
A lesson would typically last an hour since most of the work will be done by you during the week.
I, myself, has been going on a fitness adventure by trial and error on what really works and what doesn't.
My tutoring is best for those who are around 18-25 years old and are males. (Since I am man myself.)
