About Natasha
Engaging with students has consistently been my passion. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to develop new knowledge and skills, enhance my self-confidence, and, most importantly, find happiness. As an educator with experience in English Language Learning (ELL), I adopt a dynamic approach to teaching, enabling me to nurture students' abilities and contribute to their ongoing success. I've worked with a diverse range of students, from those in Elementary School Special Education to High School ELL. Throughout my years of teaching, I have recognized the importance of engaging students to maximize their learning experience.
I adopt a student-centered approach, shifting the focus from teacher to student. This method actively involves students in decision-making about their learning, empowering them to take ownership through active participation, choice, and collaboration. This fosters skills such as independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving. My role is to facilitate, guide, and support students rather than merely transmit information.
Typical Lesson Plan:
My lesson plans are structured with a clear beginning, middle, and end, including an introduction, core instruction and practice, and a conclusion for review and assessment. They address standards, differentiation, and necessary resources.

What distinguishes me from other tutors is my combination of expertise, communication style, and personalized approach. This includes in-depth subject and curriculum knowledge, the ability to clearly break down complex concepts, and adapting my teaching methods to suit each student's specific learning style and needs.
