Perfect! Rika was very knowledgeable of the Baroque style of music and was able to help my son gain a greater understanding of the piece he is learning. She also identified some ways he could improve his posture in order to improve smoothness and accuracy of playing.

Perfect! Rika is absolutely lovely. A very patient and thoughtful tutor who went above and beyond for my daughters - looking into pieces that would interest them according to their taste in music, sending the sheet music over for any piece that interested them. She even attended my daughter's music concert at her school. Recommend her highly.

Perfect! Rika is very gentle and stands back to let you play. She had useful comments and advice on physical and technical factors relating to problems - some of which I’d identified myself, and others that she picked up from watching me play. She had good suggestions on interpretation, with useful advice on how to implement changes. I enjoyed the lesson very much and am looking forward to more.
We have agreed to concentrate on two pieces, which are both pieces I want to play, and which she has advised as they have different but complementary characteristics.
I liked the Yamaha piano and the playing space is glorious.
