About Rose
I am an English Literature final year student with a background in public speaking and acting, having achieved a Distinction in my LAMDA Diploma (PCertLam). I also studied English Language and Literature up to A Level and am also available to tutor in these subjects.

Once a student has identified which discipline and level they wish to study, I will carefully take them through the requirements and learning objectives of that grade.
Then they will decide on their pieces; I will help in this process and assist with the writing of original pieces where the grade requires.
Once the pieces are confirmed I will begin working on technique with the student, including performance and speech theories and how to put those into practice.
The lessons themselves will be fun and relaxed. Although they are geared towards helping students with exam entry, I know first hand that a student will do better if they have enjoyed themselves in the process. Therefore there will be a high focus on confidence techniques and how to be comfortable on the stage, as well as technically sound performance.
