About Dane
I am a 20 year old PT who's been exercising for almost 4 years. Exercise has always been a passion of mine growing up and helping people improve themselves through fitness gives me joy. I've always been active and playing sports throughout high school and I thought that PT is something I can do as a job.
Graduated from Otago Polytechnic with Certificate of Exercise Level 4 and a First aid Certificate. My goal is to share my knowledge to beginner/intermediate lifters so that they can reach their fitness goals faster.

If you are a beginner/intermediate lifter who is looking to either build muscle effectively, get stronger, improve sports performance, or just want to lose weight, reach out to me start your journey!
Typical length of sessions are 30-45minutes and this will include individualise exercise programs, technique breakdowns, nutrition tips, as well as weekly check-ups.
