About Burcin
I studied Economics at university in Turkey and I have previous experience in giving private tuition, especially in Maths and related subjects. I am currently based in the UK and working in a primary school as a volunteer Teaching Assistant, supporting Year 1 and Year 2 pupils.
I enjoy working with children and helping them understand subjects in a simple and clear way. My goal is to build students’ confidence in Maths and support them step by step according to their individual needs. I want to teach because I find it rewarding to see children improve and gain confidence in their learning.

I am a qualified Teaching Assistant student and have been volunteering in a primary school for over a year, working with Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. I support children with their learning in the classroom and help them build confidence in Maths and core skills.
I offer personalised Maths tuition for primary school children, especially supporting Turkish-speaking students as well as English-speaking learners. My lessons are patient, structured, and adapted to each child’s level, focusing on understanding, confidence, and steady progress.
