About Molly
Hello, my name is Molly and I am from Belfast, United Kingdom. I am 28 years old.
My passions include music, art and travel. In fact, travelling helped me discover my love for teaching English. I met so many people on my journey who enjoyed having conversations with me and asking for my ‘help’ with a project they were completing in English (their second or third language!). I was always so impressed that they could speak another language and how it allowed them to navigate our world that little bit more easily! This inspired me to help others who had the desire to learn English and so I moved to Naples, Italy. I taught English for 5 years there, both in a bilingual school, online and privately through my own freelance teaching business which I set up in 2020 after the pandemic.
Other than teaching I love to read, paint, do yoga, go camping and explore the world around me.

I am a qualified primary school teacher with 7 years experience teaching in mainstream and SEN education. I spent 5 of these years in Italy teaching English to students aged 4-16 and adults of all abilities. I am TEfL qualified and experienced in teaching Cambridge English and have prepared many students for their exams (A1-C2) with 100% pass rate.
All lessons are catered to each student’s individual needs whatever their learning style. I enjoy including a fun and creative aspect to my lessons, whether that be art, music or even just a game! I like to create a safe space for my students and an opportunity for them to learn and develop their skills whilst having fun and feeling confident. I listen to my students needs, and their wants and allow them to choose topics that will interest them too.
Lessons last a minimum of 45 minutes but can be extended for more advanced learners.
