About Mary Ann
Qualified teacher, experienced in Secondary Science teaching (ages 11-18), with private tuition experience in Maths and English. An Ogden Trust scholar during my school years, I graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2014 with a degree in Biological Anthropology, having completed a Part I in Natural Sciences. I went on to obtain an MSc in Biology from Leiden University in the Netherlands. I have a PGCE with Distinction from Canterbury Christ Church University, and taught in a London school for two years, obtaining my NQT status. I have experience teaching GCSE and A-level Edexcel Science curriculum, with exposure to other exam boards. I have also mentored students for university applications, particularly Oxbridge and Medicine applications.
