About Ashley
I am a fully qualified secondary school teacher and have previously worked in a variety of teaching assistant roles within schools before starting my teacher training.
I also worked at the Maastricht University as a junior lecturer on their European Studies programme. I have also spent four years teaching English as a foreign language in Croatia, Germany, Netherlands, Serbia, and Zambia.
I have been an online personal tutor on and off for the last four years and before I became a teacher I did some online personal tutoring for English as a foreign language.

My subjects have always been driven by my passion so that is something that I always try and tap into when tutoring. I believe that students learn best when they are enjoying what they are studying and are interested by it. So I engage my students on an individual level and never just recycle old material from my teaching days or from other tutoring sessions.
Once a student is engaged with the material then we can really focused on the core skills required to not only learn the material but excel at assessments.
