About Rosy
I am a warm, kind and patient teacher who is dedicated to my profession and passionate about ensuring children achieve. I am a fully qualified, highly experienced Primary and Early Years teacher with the following qualifications: - Primary PGCE with SEN - Qualified Teacher Status in the UK - Psychology BSc. I have 9+ years' experience teaching in both inner-city London and Tokyo so have worked with children from a range of backgrounds. I predominantly have worked with younger children (age 3-7) but have also worked with children up to the age of 18. I have experience teaching in schools and online tutoring. I have extensive experience working with children from a range of backgrounds including, but not limited to: - Children with SEN and Autism - Children who have English as an Additional Language - Children considered Gifted and Talented

As a fully qualified and experienced Primary school teacher, I would love to help your child reach their full potential. With over 9+ years of teaching 'outstanding' lessons in class and online, I guarantee to ensure excellent progress is made both academically and in your child’s confidence. I am a passionate teacher who delivers fun, engaging and purposeful lessons. I believe all children can thrive and succeed with the right support and will work hard to identify how I can best help your child develop. All my lessons will have clear, personalised learning intentions that will be communicated to you and your child. In this way, your child will develop confidence in their learning ability as they witness themselves achieving their personalised learning goals. I will take the time to get to know your child and focus the first session on evaluating strengths and next steps so I can make a personalised education plan. I will work alongside the UK curriculum to ensure your child meets their targets by targeting any gaps in their understanding and will move their learning on according to their needs. I will ensure your child learns alongside what they are doing in school so they are familiar with the materials and feel confident applying their skills outside of our lessons. Some programmes that I offer include: Phonics English reading or writing - Reception to Year 6 Maths - Reception to Year 6 Speaking, listening and conversation skills and practice Confidence and self-esteem building However, my lessons are not limited to these and I am happy to offer personalised programmes based on what your child needs. I look forward to supporting your child to grow, develop and achieve!
