I am a qualified primary teacher, holding the PGCE Primary (5-11) (Distinction) and the Trinity Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages.
​My specialisms include supporting primary learners in maths and English, English as a Foreign Language and Spanish.
With over eleven years of classroom experience, I provide a quality educational experience to all learners, tailoring teaching and support to the needs of individuals.
I have a range of additional certifications, including in working with learners with dyslexia and teaching phonics and phonetics.
I am a patient and calm tutor, with a range of strategies for working both in person and online, meaning I can tailor my teaching to suit each particular student.
Primary:
I am an experienced professional, having worked in schools and as a private tutor. I teach all primary subjects, with a particular interest in supporting struggling students.
English:
I teach English to students from age four to adult, and have worked with all levels of learners from beginners to advanced and can help you prepare for exams such as IELTS and TOEFL.
Spanish:
I hold the DELE Diploma and am able to teach Spanish to a range of levels and ages, including helping with homework and exam preparation.
