About Humayra
I have studied pharmacy at King's College London and achieved A*/A in GCSE/A-Levels which is the level I am offering to teach. As the pharmacy degree is largely a biochemistry degree, I have a good grasp of these concepts up to university Masters level. I have previously thought as a teaching assistant at my school and tutored students for 11+, GCSEs, and A-Level.

My teaching method involves highlighting the areas in which the student is finding difficulty with, and deducing if difficulty is with the particular topic or misunderstanding with a foundation concept. After identifying this, I will explain the theory as best I can and ensure the student gets enough practice questions to test their progress and understanding. As for lesson structure, lessons will always include theory and then practice. Prior to lessons, I will need to know what topics and subject areas the student wants me to focus on so that I may prepare content appropriately for them.
