About Rachel
I am a keen advocate for movement to improve performance not just in the gym but in all areas of life after an extensive personal battle with an eating disorder. I rediscovered the importance of life balance and fitness and movement was one that personally helped my connect better with mental wellness. I gained a qualification in Personal training to help those on their own journey to health and wellness because I believe that I can provide understanding and a unique perspective that many can’t.
