About Lola
¡Hola!
I’m Lola from Cordoba (Andalusia, Spain). I’ve been teaching Spanish for 10 years to students across different nationalities and levels. I live between London and Paris where I am a lecturer at Sorbonne University teaching grammar, and history of Spain. I have also taught Spanish at every CEFR level A1-C2 at various centres such as the Cervantes Institute of Paris and international schools in both France and Spain. I have a degree in Spanish Philology and two Masters. One in Spanish Language & Literature teaching and another in Hispanic Literature. I am currently finishing my PhD in Spanish literature & history.

I offer dynamic Spanish lessons focusing in oral communication.A standard lesson starts with 5 minutes of vocabulary, 5-10 minutes of grammar and the rest of the lesson develops the skills taught in the first part of the class with applied exercises. I am highly flexible and can easily suit the lessons to the student's needs and preferences.
A typical lesson for adults lasts 50 minutes. I recommend at least 2 hours per week to sustain the learning experience.
I can also offer intensive courses to prepare the DELE, assist with university-level courses, job interviews or achieving fluency in Spanish to live or travel abroad.
I can do individual or group (max. 5 people) lessons:
- groups £22 per person/ lesson
- individual: £40 per lesson
