About Edward
I have been teaching English since March 2020.
I am semi-nomadic and have lived in several countries besides England, including Brazil and Argentina. I currently split my time between the UK and Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
I'm very proud of my students! They have gained the confidence to apply for English-speaking jobs, passed English exams and expanded their horizons through language!
Before becoming a teacher, I worked as an accountant in the UK.
My personal interests include travelling and cooking - so feel free to ask for travel tips or recipes!

My methodology depends on how you learn and what you want to learn. If you are a visual learner, we will use more written material. If you learn by listening, our classes will include more videos and audios.
I can teach beginner (A1-A2) to advanced (C1-C2) English including English for business, general English, English for travel/tourism or vocabulary including British and American slang.
Regardless of your level, you will be speaking English with me from the very first lesson!

My classes cost £20 for 1 hour with up to 15% discount available on packages.
Classes cancelled by the student on the same day cannot be refunded or re-booked (example: if your class is on Tuesday, please contact me before 10pm on Monday to reschedule for free.)
Why do I charge much less than the average rate for London?
My living expenses are much lower for half the year, so I'm sharing this benefit with you!
