About Marie
Over the past Ten years, I have dedicated myself to educating students with diverse needs, ranging from SATS preparation and 11 plus exams to GCSE and adult learners seeking skills improvement. I am a full time Maths teacher and leader of KS3 maths. My commitment to fostering a deep understanding of mathematics is evident through my ongoing training in math mastery, which I am actively integrating into my teaching methods.
My approach goes beyond traditional tutoring, as I am committed to instilling a profound appreciation for the subject and empowering students with practical application skills. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to individual needs, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential.

I have an adaptive approach to teaching in order to suit all students needs. My resources are based off the national curriculum and I often practice exam questions based on the content within my lessons. Happy to set homework tasks for students if needed. I have a lot of experience with SEN also so can also offer supportive lessons for those students too.
