My lessons are interactive and engaging, This helps to know the areas of concern for students and to design a well tailored learning plan to meet the goal(s) of students. Over time I have also inculcated the ability to Motivate students in reaching and exceeding their goals which has boosted the confidence of many students who once had phobia for mathematics .
