About Mahmoud
Hi, My name is Mahmoud Shahin and I have a petroleum engineering degree. Worked as a petroleum engineer for 8 long years and decided that I love teaching more.
The reason I want to teach is that seeing that face on some of my students' faces with "Aha, I get it now" brings me a lot of joy.
This is why I like teaching students who struggle with the subject and turn them into Maths lovers.
I understand (After 5 years of teaching) that not everyone will be a mathematician, but I believe that everyone can appreciate and love Maths if they get the chance to understand why we need it in our everyday life.

I start by getting to know you as a student, what level are you at and how can I help you get better. I share my baseline exam to help me find the gaps right from the beginning and work on them right away.
I have a very structured three-phase programme that helps students become the best mathematicians they can be.
Level 1: Knowing Maths. This is where we go through the basics starting with things like order of operations, what is a power, what is a square root, what does each prompt word mean..etc
Level 2 : Loving Maths.
Level 3 : Mastering Maths.
