I am a 25 year old female with a love for doing better for myself.
I am a qualified personal trainer, I attend the gym 5 times a week and do bodybuilding whereby I have explored different ways of helping myself and others to reach their goals.

I am an individual who loves helping others to discover their potential. When I was a personal trainer, I enjoyed learning new skills and knowledge to expand my services and be 1% better every single day.
My lessons are for anyone looking to learn about personal training.
They would be around 30-60 minutes long.
My technique to teaching would be to teach in a way that is understandable for everyone, everyone learns differently and I believe it is important to recognise this
