I am able to tailor sessions to fit your needs and goals. General body aesthetic and functional fitness is my focus area but I am also trained to teach strength training, aerobics, flexibility, pre and post natal exercise and much more. I am trained and experienced in working with special populations such as physical and learning disabilities, people with obesity and elderly individuals.
