About Megan
I am a qualified Foundation Phase teacher with a B.Ed Honors degree in Curriculum Studies and I am currently furthering my studies in Engineering. I offer tutoring in English, Mathematics, and Afrikaans for Foundation Phase and Intermediate Phase learners, in both English and Afrikaans, depending on the learner’s needs.
My teaching approach is professional, structured, and learner-centered. I focus on building strong foundational understanding by breaking concepts down into simple, manageable steps. I believe that learners succeed when they feel supported, confident, and actively involved in their learning.
Through my engineering studies, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and creative insight into mathematical concepts, which allows me to explain Math in practical, logical, and relatable ways. This helps learners not only memorize methods, but truly understand how and why they work.

I am a qualified Foundation Phase teacher with a B.Ed Honours degree in Curriculum Studies and I am currently studying Engineering. My combined background in education and engineering gives me a unique ability to explain mathematical concepts in creative, practical, and easy-to-understand ways.
I offer private tutoring in English, Mathematics, and Afrikaans for learners in the Foundation Phase and Intermediate Phase. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans and can teach lessons in either language.
