About Jack

I am a qualified fitness instructor with a level 3 extended diploma in sports development, fitness & coaching who has vast experience in the fitness industry. I also own a sports coaching company that provides jobs to 60 staff coaching children across the Midlands.

About the lesson

My teaching method is simple and structured. I plan each lesson around a core subject and go in depth to ensure understanding. I enjoy getting my students involved and asking questions as well as offering worksheets to use following field experience.
