I teach English because I have always had a passion for the written word, believing in its potential to transport readers and writers to other worlds inaccessible through other subjects. I also believe that due to the predominance of English in today's society, a strong grasp is necessary from all young learners irrespective of where they intend to go, and that is what I always intend to foster.
I also have experience teaching a wide range of SEN clients, including those with ADHD, dyslexia and students with working memory issues, and a significant amount of my A-level students have won places at a variety of Russell Group universities.
If you wish to discuss your situation I can arrange to call you prior to booking lessons, as my lessons are always results orientated and I specialise in expert initial assessments which are used to create structured study plans for my students. I also discuss the outcome of each lesson with parents so that everyone is clear on progress, as every student is different and I take care to tailor everything to their needs.
