About Nilgun
I am an experienced Computer Science Teacher. Skilled in Python (Programming Language). Strong research professional with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education focused in Education from University of Hertfordshire.
I have taken 3 year groups through Computer Science GCSE and Information Communications Technology OCR Cambridge Nationals. I was an exams assessor for OCR Computer Science GCSE Paper 2 Algorithms during summer 2019. I have great knowledge of where marks are awarded in exam papers and how students can spot key words in questions to get these marks.
I have a strong approach with students and I would be able to give them advise/tips on different ways of studying, what the key words are in exam questions and how to approach answering 6/8 marker questions which students most struggle on. I teach 11-16 year olds. All my lessons will be pre planned accordingly to what the students weak areas are. I have a whole scheme of work and differentiated worksheets to ensure that the student reaches the maximum potential.
