About Charlie
I enjoy getting to know and working with my students in a way that focusses on the enjoyment of learning and success. Establishing a good personal relationship with my students and discovering how they like to learn is always a priority for me. I believe that everyone has the same ability to achieve success, but it is my job as the teacher to help my students find the best way forward for them.

My lessons are totally built around the needs and ways of working of the student to ensure maximum success in their exams. I use materials provided by the exam board as well as my own materials to help my students move beyond 'learning by rote' and becoming independent and critical thinkers. I also look to give students an idea of the wider context - how their studies, exams, university, career are all connected. I did a training contract and worked for a city law firm so know what is required to get a job at the top firms in the world!
