About Vishal
I wouldn’t be personal training if I didn’t enjoy seeing people succeed.
I know how it feels to look in the mirror and hate it. I know how it feels to be stuck in such a vicious cycle.
I also know how it feels to feel the complete opposite. So being able to help you feel like that is second to none. I can’t describe the happiness I gain when I get someone to that point.
Feeling confident makes you feel unstoppable and that’s exactly how I want you to feel.

I’ve helped 100+ clients in person and online. There is no hurdle when it comes to helping you become more confident in the gym environment.
Fat loss can be hard but I want to be able to teach you how to make healthy choices whilst still enjoying life.
So those who say you can’t go out and enjoy social occasions, say bye to them because it can still be done and you can still feel the best version of you each day!
Some days are going to be hard but that’s why I’m gonna be here to support you and guide you through the difficult times.
Don’t worry about looking “silly” in the gym. I have a YouTube full of tutorials to help you out and I’ll give you feedback on everything you do.
