About Rosne
I always believe each of us work as a system- Body - Mind- Emotions. My Yoga Teaching focuses on Yoga flow and asanas, tailored to your individual needs and abilities, also breath work and pranayamas. For Meditation I use a lot of visual scripts to help you to relax and unwind. I can offer assisted stretching and sound healing too. I offer Yoga sessions for individuals, couples and families in London.

My holistic Yoga and Meditation 1:1 sessions can help to relax, reduce anxiety and improve sleep. It also has positive effect on digestion, hormones and can help to stop smoking and cravings for junk food and sweets. I use individual approach focused on your current needs and goals.

I offer free 30 min Yoga session if you book 1 hour lesson or a pack of 5 and 10. Because of some people taking advantage of free lessons, I no longer travel to teach free sessions. I hope you value your Teacher's work and use free lessons only once booked and paid for more lessons. Thanks!
