About Chloe
I was a gymnast who did tumbling for 12-13 years, representing the state of Victoria for three consecutive years in my teens.
I was also Victorian state champion for four years consecutively in my age group.
I became a coach when i was 14 or 15, and completed all necessary courses up until Advanced Tumbling coach. These included first aid courses and also disability programs.

My teaching methodology I would say is learning about the athlete them-self, and how to build their confidence and learn what they require to be supported.
I believe trust is the largest learning factor for an athlete, when they are learning a new skill, they are in uncharted territory and as a coach you are there to guide and encourage them in this new territory. So if you have built trust between yourself and your athlete, i believe their success rate will become higher as they are more likely to trust your word when you say you believe they are ready and that they are capable of the new skill they are learning.
