About Joshua
I received both my BSc in Math and Applied Stats and BSc Hons in Pure Math at UCT and am currently registered for a research MSc in Pure Math at UCT. For the past 4 years I have tutored many undergraduate math courses and have developed a love for research and spreading math knowledge through engaging teaching methods based in good foundational math.

Any good mathematical investigation (and lesson) begins with an examination of motivating examples from which general definitions are derived and applied. Be it Calculus, First-order Logic, Linear Algebra, or Real Analysis, we will motivate definitions and do lots of general examples to cement understanding of concepts.
