About Kaylee
I am a newly published author who is working on publishing several more in the near future. I have engaged in various writing courses at libraries, teaching young teenagers the love of creative writing. Creative writing is my strength but I've been able to break down the fluff and write better essays as well. After being a peer tutor in High School teaching reading, I continued that path as a Behavior Therapist, often teaching my little clients how to read and the fun ways to learn a new word and how to pronounce it. Through the years I've had the opportunity to learn reading skills that can help me teach to other kids who need it.

I'm a very kinesthetic and visual learner, I need to have visuals and activities that help me keep it together. If I'm able to see it and make connections, spelling becomes easier and how to pronounce it becomes common sense. A creative writer understands the rules so they know how to break them, that's the fun part of being a writer is the creativity in it. I'm on break for school to raise a family but I don't want to stop teaching what I know to other kids, I'd love to expand my own knowledge by teaching it to others and growing to be a better teacher in a classroom.
