About Catherine
I am a student at Washington University In St. Louis, in my 3rd year studying psychology. I have been giving lessons on nutrition to friends and family for years, and I have taken online classes through Harvard EdX on nutrition. I am interested in public health and pursuing a masters in nutrition once I graduate.

My teaching method is interactive, friendly, and introspective. I use a variety of activities, such as journaling, and mindmaps, and engaging conversations to explore topics. I utilize youtube videos, Ted Talks, and fun activities to learn about nutrition, and the body. I emphasize a holistic approach, and a positive philosophical view of nutrition and developing a positive attitude with your body.
