About Ziphozethu
I am a psychology student who has acquired the necessary skills needed in this helping profession. I have had the opportunity to volunteer in different community centres ,interacting with different people has made me realize the uniqueness of the connection that exists between people their environment and behavior. Our complexities and how we often fail to realize the importance Of mental health has driven me to want to spread the knowledge I have.

Because I am a final year student I have had the opportunity to explore many learning techniques. With each year in my degree I have switched my methods based on my growth as a person. I plan to teach in a manner that is effective to each student based on their level of personal growth and personality. e.g being asked to answer a question during a class full of students is very frustrating for a introvert and this action may affect their level of interaction and interest going forward as it evokes anxiety in some, whereas for some one who is an extrovert this might be exciting.
