About Sami
I started playing the drums at age 7, and studied classical percussion for 10+ years in a classical conservatory. In parallel I have always sung (also in conservatory) and I learned guitar as a hobby from age 16.
I have played in classical orchestras, pop and rock bands, jazz-funk bands, reggae, latin as well as folk and world music bands. I have 30+ years experience.
I am currently studying Global Music at Sibelius Academy.
I teach in English, but I can also teach in French or suomeksi.
