About Melvin
Yoga and Pilates is for everyone! : Young, old, experienced sportsmen or beginners. The benefits of Yoga as well as Pilates are numerous both physically (allows to have a harmonious silhouette, a tonic and supple body) and mental (one feels much more relaxed after a session) Yoga like Pilates are practices without impacts "but no less dynamic! A session lasts between 45 and 60min. Do not hesitate to join me! I am available from 7:00 am! Melvin.

For 6 years (graduated as a personal trainer) I teach Yoga and Pilates. I have seen the benefits on people I am: reduction of back pain, flexibility, tonifacation, stress reduction ... I offer different types of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin-yoga. As for the Pilates method it is very simple: one the age of its spine!

Monsieur DIA est quelqu'un de pédagogue, passionné et investi. Suite à une année complète de coaching avec ce dernier mes compétences, mon savoir-faire et mon savoir-faire-faire se sont réellement consolidé. Capable de transmettre des bases solides, mais ne manquant pas de capacité d'innovation je recommande sans hésiter monsieur DIA à toutes personnes en recherche de progression.
