Sam is one of the most patient teachers I’ve worked with. He really cares about producing a safe, healthy sound and tailors his teaching to meet the needs of each individual voice. Sam’s knowledge is matched only by his professionalism and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to explore and expand their own voice.

I’ve only had two lessons with Sam so far, but already I’ve learnt so much. His methods of teaching are incredibly effective and he breaks them down into helpful and simple analogies which produce great results. Sam is very supportive and reassuring and, for someone who tends to overthink when I sing, that’s something I really appreciate. I’ve felt as though I improved after only one 45 minute session so look forward to booking more lessons with him!

I recommend Sam‘s vocal lessons to everyone who loves singing and wants to learn more about their voice and themselves.
I started because I was involved in a show at the time and felt incredibly uncomfortable with one of the title songs. In the very first lesson, he already managed to teach me the techniques in a way that allowed me to finally feel comfortable singing the song. Since then, in every session, he provides tips and exercises that make the approach to vocal techniques, acting through song, and songs in general much easier and a lot of fun.
Sam is very kind and patient, making each lesson highly motivating and creating an overall ’safe space‘ where you can experiment with your voice without any fear or judgement. This not only led to an expansion of my vocal abilities but also provided a significant confidence boost.
