About Alecia
Alecia is a professional singer, music director, musician and vocal coach. Alecia starting singing from a young age, just loving the passion and artistry that came along. She studied music through the royal conservatory of music program earning her grade 8 certificate in voice and her grade 7 in piano. Alecia furthered her training with a BFA degree in musical theater from Ohio Northern University. Here she expanded her knowledge in technique for many genres of music including musical theater, jazz, pop and classical voice. Loving music, Alecia also plays the guitar and clarinet. The inner workings of the voice is something that Alecia has studied and strived to understand in order to find the best technique to provide the most vocal flexibility and power. She also has a very strong background in music theory, which puts her ahead in sight-reading music, music composition and how to learn and master music quickly.

Welcome to my studio!
Alecia is a vocal teacher, actor and musician with 8 years of professional experience. She is always looking to help singers find their unique sound through healthy vocal technique. Students range from young beginners to seasoned vocalists.
Alecia received her BFA in musical theatre from Ohio Northern University. Working on many styles of music and music theory. Alecia also holds her grade 8 RCM in voice and grade 7 in piano. She has advanced training and knowledge in music theory, composition. Alecia has taught at private music schools and works as a music director for theatre.
All private lessons are offered online (for now!). During your first lesson we discuss what areas of your voice you want to work on and from here create a customized vocal program to help you meet your rockstar vocal goals!

- Connecting both chest and head voice into a mix voice
- How to connect to your breath
- How to belt in a healthy and sustainable way
- Finding balance in your tone
- Stylized vocal techniques for different genres of music (pop, musical theatre, jazz and classical)

- Acting through song
- Audition coaching
Outside of teaching, Alecia am an active performer in the theatre and music industry. Her connections allow her to always keep with the latest techniques and projects to help her students reach their dreams.
