I'm Chilean, 29 years old, and I've been living in Spain for some time now. I graduated as a Sports Coach from the University of Viña del Mar. I was a high-performance athlete in Taekwondo, and I currently stay active at the gym, in the sea, or running, depending on the day. I love sports and physical activity as a lifestyle.

Ella ha sido mi profe de mayor confianza, su forma de enseñar es bastante práctica y profesional, creo que además de ser una buena profesora es una muy buena persona. Espero que muchas otras personas tengan la oportunidad de que ella les ayude con sus objetivos ya que con ella los pude lograr y además aprendí mucho.
Encontré a Francisca cuando comenzaba mi perimenopausia, estaba en un estado muy crítico físicamente y emocionalmente hablando. Ella me motivó y me hizo comprender muchas cosas sobre el deporte que antes no relacionaría como saludables y de estabilidad emocional. Creo que es una profesional que te trata con delicadeza y que puede comprender tu caso a la perfección, me hizo amar el deporte y ahora he cambiado mi estilo de vida.
La verdad no hay palabras para explicar lo que una persona puede ayudar en un cambio, tanto físico como emocional. Agradecida de toda su maestría y generosidad.
